Caregivers will be called from a priority list previously given to the monitoring station so the caregiver can assist the needs and comfort the user. Doctors, nurses and caregivers know even a minor fall or incident can have serious physical and psychological consequences if you can’t get help in a hurry.
Low Battery Alarm
Emergency alarms and calls; Low battery power alarm when the power drops below 25% it automatically sends an alarm to the monitoring center and the monitoring center can effectively explain to the customer that they will need to charge the device.

Home Alert (Fallen and Can’t Get Up)
A resident's call for help from a personal help button is wirelessly transmitted to a VoCare 2-way voice communicator via landline phone or cellular network to our UL approved monitoring station. Accidents are unpredictable. Even if you live with someone, you might need help when temporarily home alone. This system allows both family members to be protected. This necklace pendant will detect if the resident has fallen and beep for a period of time to warn the wearer that it is about to activate the alarm.
